What are the problems with water supply in LICs?We Answered:
Problems with water supply in low income countries can include:Finding sources that are clean and uncontaminated. This includes securing the land surrounding the source.
Constructing a safe and efficient delivery system utilizing modern-day construction methods and piping.
Maintenance of a delivery system that includes repairs or upgrades as needed.
The delivery system must be able to pay for itself in order to continue delivery to customers. If customers can pay a reasonable fee for monthly clean water delivery, it may become a self-sufficient system.

You might go to Google and type in -- Why Japan has less water borne diseases? Or type in---- Our Human toll from dirty water. Each of these bring up many, many articles.
By this time tomorrow 4,000.00 children will have died from drinking dirty water. The average American can not comprehend having to walk 20 to thirty minutes to draw water to take home, to cook and drink with, or having to use the bathroom in a plastic bag. Still Japan, with all it's over crowded cities, has less water borne diseases than most of the worlds population. Ask your self why that is, and write an article on that.
