Take Action

The Clean Indoor Air Ordinance has been endorsed by the Oak Park Board of Health and has been introduced to the Oak Park Village Board. In the coming weeks, the Oak Park Village Board will hear testimony and deliberate on the proposed ordinance.

Call, write or e-mail our village president and trustees and urge them to support protecting Oak Park residents and visitors from the dangers of secondhand smoke by enacting the Oak Park Clean Indoor Air Ordinance.

Contact the Village President and Village Trustees and tell them you believe everyone deserves to breathe smoke-free indoor air. You can reach them by mail at 123 Madison Street , Oak Park , IL 60302 , or by calling 708-358-5784.
